These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cyprus IVF Network partner platform. By creating an account or referring patients, you agree to these terms.

Partner accounts

Partner accounts are granted to approved organizations and individuals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Referrals & commissions

Commissions are defined per treatment type and calculated when a case is completed. Specific rates are agreed during onboarding. We reserve the right to review referrals for accuracy and compliance.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate patient and medical information.
• Obtain appropriate patient consent before sharing data.
• Do not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.

Medical disclaimer

Medical services are provided by GynoLife IVF in accordance with TRNC regulations. Treatment suitability and outcomes are determined by the clinic’s medical team.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
