Cyprus IVF Network is committed to protecting personal and medical data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of consent, contractual necessity, and legitimate interest in coordinating cross-border fertility care. Special-category (health) data is processed only with explicit consent and for the purpose of treatment coordination.

International transfers

Because care is delivered in North Cyprus, some data is transferred across borders. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect data during transfer and storage.

Retention

We retain personal and medical data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and as required by applicable medical record-keeping laws.
